I serve as a catalyst for inner growth, through spiritual direction, songs, meditation, workshops and classes; I am available to lead weddings, child dedications, and memorials; I offer end-of-life support for individuals and families; I am available as a guest speaker or as a consultant with congregations.

Life sings to me and I respond to Life by singing, my spiritual practice.  I compose and share songs for healing and awakening to your deepest wisest self. People describe my songs as spiritual not religious.

I’m a spiritual director, songwriter, meditation teacher, and UU minister. I am a former music director,  university administrator, yoga teacher, French teacher, social activist and folk singer. I’m an alto, mother of two amazing men, grandmother of 3 amazing boys. My partner and I live in northeast Ohio.
