End-of-Life groups include:

– Support for care-givers

– Support for those living with grief

– Study groups exploring holistic approaches to end of life (e.g., through books, videos, films)

– Meditations for Living Well and Dying Well

1st Thursdays – Heart-centered. Loving Kindness practice

2nd Thursdays – Opening to boundless awareness.

3rd Thursdays – Embodied meditation, incorporating acupressure mudras

4th Thursdays – Mindful of Mind, without judgment or attachment

5th Thursdays – Neurospirituality: what happens in our brains when we meditate?

WISE Women
