I’ve been leading meditation since 1979.I draw from different sources: Mindfulness/Vipassana, Tibetan Buddhism, yoga, guided visualization, body mind. It’s a One Dharma approach.We sit in chairs. (You’re welcome to bring a meditation cushion or a yoga mat and lie on the floor.)
I facilitate ongoing, open groups for meditation and spiritual exploration, including guided meditation, ancient and contemporary teachings, and insights and techniques from neuro-spirituality.
