Ongoing, open group for meditation and spiritual exploration. We usually include a short arriving meditation, a check-in, focus for the day, a longer meditation (with guidance) and a time for sharing. Since pandemic, we meet on Zoom. Classes are open to everyone.
I’ve been leading meditation since 1979. I draw from different sources: yoga, creative visualization, mindfulness, Tibetan Buddhism, body mind practices. It’s a One Dharma approach.
Weekly Thursday morning meditation group meets 10:30-11:30 a.m., on Zoom, suggested donation, $15 per session. No meetings on Thanksgiving, in late December or July
