Deepening Circles Sangha – Thursdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m. eastern
On-line, weekly, drop-in meditation group; drawing from Buddhist teachings and beyond; a “One Dharma” approach, that celebrates wisdom from many sources. In winter/spring 2025 we’re drawing from Pema Chodron’s book, Comfortable with Uncertainty.
Each session starts with an arriving guided meditation, includes an optional check-in, a short reading and discussion, ending with a longer guided meditation.
All are welcome. No need to be an experienced meditator.
