On-line, weekly, drop-in meditation group; drawing from Buddhist teachings and beyond; a “One Dharma” approach, that celebrates wisdom from many sources. In fall 2025 we’re drawing from Pema Chodron’s book, Comfortable with Uncertainty. (We don’t meet on Thanksgiving or during winter holidays)

In four sessions, we’ll share mindfulness and gratitude practices to befriend the body, awaken the heart and deepen our well-being, so we may live well now and – when we’re ready – allow the body to let go with grace.
Led by Rev. Mary Grigolia, UU community minister, spiritual director/companion, and friend of West Shore.
