I serve as a catalyst for inner growth, through individual spiritual direction, leading meditation groups, offering workshops and classes on spiritual growth and life passages. I offer end-of-life support for individuals and families. I am available as speaker or consultant with congregations and groups.  I lead weddings and memorial services.

I am a singer/songwriter. Life sings through me and I respond.  I compose and share songs for healing and awakening to your deepest wisest self. Others observe that my songs are accessible and spiritual but not religious.

I’m a former music director,  university administrator, editor, yoga teacher, French teacher, social activist and folk singer. I’m an alto. I have two sons and three grandsons. My partner and I live in northeast Ohio.
